• Prepare, review and approve Instrument data sheets such as Control valve, On-Off Valves, Safety Relief Valves & other field instruments etc.
• Check & Update of JB wiring, Cable schedule, IO list, Instrument data sheet, Interconnection wiring, Junction box schedule, Instrument Hook-up drawings, Loop drawing, P&I, Singe Line, Schematic Drawings and Material Take off.
• Prepare & issue Specification for Instrument cables, Junction boxes, Instrument Installation scope. Review and approve Block diagrams, Control / Rack room layout, Cable route, instrument location plan, Loop drawings.
• Review of P&ID’s, Isometric drawings and typical initiation details
• Performing and supervising of calibration of various field Instruments with 5-Point check.
• Reviewed and submitted Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Troubleshooting and technical supports for all E&I technical issues.
• Loop check & Functional check as per Cause & Effect diagrams
• Maintenance and Calibration Of Instruments.
• Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter/Capillary type level transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Differential Pressure Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Gas and flame detector.
• Performing Calibration above all transmitters, pressure, flow, level (wet/ dry leg), temperature transmitter, gauges, switches. (Rosemount, ABB, E&H, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Siemens)
• Maintenance and Calibration of Temperature sensors, controllers and indicator.
• Maintenance and Calibration of Control Valve in Pneumatic and Electro Pneumatic Positioner and solenoid operate ON/OFF Valve.
• Experienced in calibration, Erection & Commissioning of process automation industries like, oil & gas, power plant, Chemical plant all field instruments.
• Skilled to read & execute engineering drawings like I/O loop diagrams, P &ID, instrument hookup the field instrument.
• Performing per-commissioning activities like cold/function check & sequence check like cause & effect of DCS/ESD instruments
• Fixing and Checking of Proximity sensor Vibration probes (Make: Bently Neveda)
