By doing this we were able to establish better payment terms, extend credit lines and improve overall service/product pricing, allowing our organization to develop a healthier Net Cash Flow.
  • Development of SOP's on each of the business units within our organization departments, making sure all organization department KPI's are set in place with valuable data that can provide proper measurements to efficiency in our processes.
