• Inspected rebar configurations, spacing, concrete cover, and lap lengths against approved structural construction drawings.
• Supervised formwork installation, ensuring proper alignment, bracing, leveling, and stability to prevent deflection or bursting during pouring.
• Verified embedded items, conduits, sleeve openings, and water-stops were correctly positioned before clearing zones for concrete casting.

Concrete Quality Control & Pouring Operations

• Managed concrete casting operations, coordinating logistics, delivery schedules, and transit mixers to maintain continuous pouring sequences.
• Conducted slump tests and monitored concrete temperature, cubes sampling, and laboratory testing for compressive strength compliance.
• Enforced strict curing protocols, including ponding, wet burlap application, and curing compounds to mitigate shrinkage cracks and ensure design strength.
